This page is for buyers wanting a 1,000+ unit mega-development — typically the largest new launches in OCR clusters where land is available and developer economics favor scale. Mega-developments offer a complete amenity stack (multiple pools, tennis courts, indoor gyms, clubhouses, function rooms, BBQ pits, kids' areas), often a retail / F&B podium, and built-in community density.

Notable mega-developments (Singapore, 2020-2025):

  • Treasure at Tampines (D18): 2,203 units. The largest condo by unit count, completed 2023. Full resort-stack amenities, multiple pools, F&B podium.
  • The Florence Residences (D19): 1,410 units. Stack of amenities, family-oriented.
