URA: Private sales & new launches
In this refresh we added 0 new private-market sale transactions from URA, refreshed 478 developer-sales records, and re-synced the URA pipeline (covering upcoming launches across Singapore).
HDB: Resale, rentals & median rent
On the HDB side we refreshed 133,033 resale transactions and 183,837 rental transactions from data.gov.sg, plus a fresh slice of median rents by town.
Commercial & business data
Commercial rental index refreshed 0 quarterly rows. ACRA business map refreshed 0 active-business rows, powering the business heat map.

What this refresh recomputed
After ingesting the new data above, ShiokNest automatically recomputed every property and district score (investment, en-bloc, walkability, profitability, the unified ShiokNest score, lifestyle and HDB), flagged 28 Good Class Bungalow candidates against the gazetted GCB areas and regenerated the data caches and 241 sitemap files — so every score, ranking and map on the site reflects the latest transactions.
