In this refresh we added 133,926 new private-market sale transactions from URA, refreshed 336 developer-sales records, and re-synced the URA pipeline (covering upcoming launches across Singapore).

What this refresh recomputed
After ingesting the new data above, ShiokNest automatically recomputed every property and district score (investment, en-bloc, walkability, profitability, the unified ShiokNest score, lifestyle and HDB), reclassified 8 landed properties by transaction type, flagged 28 Good Class Bungalow candidates against the gazetted GCB areas and regenerated the data caches and 241 sitemap files — so every score, ranking and map on the site reflects the latest transactions.
